Job summary

Bimplus is seeking a Technical Trainer to bridge hands-on construction work and formal education. The role blends practical instruction on modern building techniques, safety standards, and sustainable practices with classroom delivery.

You'll build training materials, maintain tools, and support new learning modules while coordinating schedules across sites. A background in drylining, plastering, or energy-efficient methods is valuable, as is the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

You'll be responsible for delivering both practical and classroom-based instruction on modern building techniques, safety standards, and sustainable construction practices. The role involves preparing training materials, maintaining workshop tools, and supporting the development of new learning modules.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience or technical training is not necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.
  Solid background in construction, ideally with experience in drylining, plastering, or energy-efficient building methods
• Strong understanding of building codes and health & safety regulations
• Comfortable presenting to groups and explaining technical concepts clearly
• Skilled in interpreting technical drawings and using construction tools safely
• Full driving licence required
