Job summary

Multi-Color Corporation in Castlebar, Mayo, is seeking a Technical Team Lead to oversee production floor activities, provide training, and drive daily targets. Qualifications

• Competent mechanical skills and hands-on problem solving.
• Knowledge of production equipment and processes.
• Print industry experience is desirable.
• Strong oral and written communication; computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Provide support, training and direction on the production floor.
• Communicate daily production plan and troubleshoot folding machines across glue systems.
• Ensure Health & Safety and Quality policies are followed.
• Meet daily production targets and report on progress.
• Support Shift Manager on continuous improvement activities and maintenance.
