Job summary

Controlled Environments Company (CEC) is recruiting for a Technical Team Lead to work at our Leixlip location. The role focuses on leading a team, coordinating resources, and ensuring project deliverables meet time and quality targets.

The successful candidate will combine strong technical capability with people leadership and stakeholder communication. You will drive improvements in procedures, mentor staff, and coordinate with management to provide timely project updates to customers.

Qualifications

• Proven people leadership experience with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Technical experience in a technical role for at least 12 months.
• Flexible, reliable with a positive can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to use own initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Accurate with strong attention to detail and results driven.
