Job summary

Cpl Group is seeking a Site Services Lead for Leixlip to take day-to-day ownership of project delivery across cleanroom and controlled environments. The role covers health & safety oversight, people management and commercial performance, spanning project execution, client relations and compliance.

The successful candidate will manage safety, documentation and ongoing training, while coordinating quotes, invoicing and contract management for multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Senior site services or operations leadership in cleanroom/constrained environments.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and compliance management.
• Proven project management experience incl. execution planning and risk/issue/change management.
• Experience leading teams, recruitment, induction and daily supervision.
• Commercial awareness with quoting, invoicing, payroll and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day project delivery, health & safety, people management and commercial performance.
• Prepare customer quotes and manage invoicing.
• Lead recruitment, induction and ongoing team development.
• Oversee project plans, execution, and status reporting.
• Manage customer relationships and contracts; drive new business development.
• Enforce clean policies per contract documents and client expectations.
• Coordinate training and protocol adherence for personnel entering Clean Zone.
