Job summary

Ryanair is seeking a Technical Services Engineer to join the Technical Services Department in Dublin. The role focuses on Continuing Airworthiness support for the fleet, working in a desk-based capacity within the Engineering Office.

The successful candidate will contribute to documentation, project coordination, and technical instruction reviews, leveraging strong communication and MS Office skills. A degree or EASA Part 66 licence is required, with airline project experience a plus.

Qualifications

  • Engineering or Aviation degree or EASA Part 66 licence.
  • Excellent communication; experience drafting/reviewing technical instructions.
  • Proficient with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills; juggle multiple priorities in a busy env.
  • Self-motivated; able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Airline engineering project management experience is a plus.
  • Lateral thinker; identify improvements and provide solutions.
  • Attention to detail; deliver results to tight timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Desk-based role in the Engineering Office in Dublin, supporting Continuing Airworthiness activities.
  • Provide CAMO support to the Ryanair fleet of Boeing 737 and Airbus A320.
  • Assist with various Continuing Airworthiness tasks and documentation.

Job description

Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Technical Services Engineer to join the Technical Services Dept. of Europe's Largest Airline Group! This is a very exciting time to join Ryanair as we look to expand our operation to 800 aircraft and 300 million guests within the next 10 years. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Head of Continuing Airworthiness. This role is a desk-based role and will be based in our Engineering Office in Dublin. Engineering Technical Services provide support to the Ryanair Group fleet of Boeing 737 and Airbus A320 aircraft through a multitude of Continuing Airworthiness (CAMO) activities.

Other duties as may be assigned.

Requirements
  • Relevant Engineering/Aviation Degree or EASA Part 66 modules / licence.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience writing or reviewing technical instructions.
  • Computer literate with strong working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint.
  • Proven organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities at one time and make decisions in a busy, fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work under minimal supervision and demonstrate sound judgement.
  • Experience in Airline Engineering Project Management an advantage.
  • Lateral thinker who can identify areas of potential improvement and provide solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail in multi-tasking situations and the ability to deliver results to tight timelines.
