Job summary

Flow Technology in Leinster is seeking an experienced Technical Sales Engineer to join our Process Equipment Sales & Servicing division. This role blends technical sales, business development and account management, offering variety and a chance to deliver real value.

You will work with customers across pharma, food, beverage and dairy to improve processes using energy-efficient technologies, preparing technical proposals, visiting sites, and promoting Flow Technology's market-leading solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in technical sales or business development.
• Experience within pharmaceutical, food, beverage or related process industries.
• Full driving licence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Managing and developing relationships with existing customers.
• Identifying and securing new business opportunities across Ireland.
• Promoting Flow Technology's market-leading process equipment and engineered solutions.
• Supporting customers with energy-saving and decarbonisation initiatives.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Technical Sales Engineer to join our Process Equipment Sales & Servicing division.

The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, identifying commercial opportunities and providing technical solutions that deliver real value.

You'll work closely with customers across the pharmaceutical, food, beverage and dairy industries, helping them improve their processes through innovative and energy-efficient technologies.

What You'll Be Doing

About You

You'll ideally have:

• 5+ years' experience in technical sales or business development.
• Experience within pharmaceutical, food, beverage or related process industries.
• A technical background in areas such as heat pumps, HVAC, refrigeration or similar industries would be advantageous.
• Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A full driving licence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with fill-finish technologies would be considered an advantage but is not essential.
