We are seeking a proactive Technical Project Manager to oversee the delivery of low-voltage infrastructure, CCTV, access control, and networking projects from initial planning through completion. In this fully remote role, you will manage technical deployments across multiple locations while ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. You will combine project management expertise with strong technical knowledge to develop accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs), define implementation requirements, and coordinate field operations. Working closely with sales teams, technicians, vendors, and clients, you will contribute to both pre‑sales technical scoping and post‑sales implementation. This position offers exposure to diverse security and networking technologies within a dynamic, nationwide IT services environment. It is an opportunity to take ownership of complex technical projects while collaborating with distributed teams.

Accountabilities

As Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating technical deployments, supporting the sales process, and ensuring projects are delivered according to client specifications and operational standards.

  • Manage low-voltage infrastructure, CCTV, access control, and networking projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and client satisfaction.

  • Develop accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) and define technical requirements based on client specifications, floor plans, and site assessments.

  • Support the sales team with pre‑sales technical scoping, including preparing quotes and proposals and conducting technical discovery calls.

  • Provide post‑sales implementation support to ensure solutions are deployed effectively and meet agreed requirements.

  • Coordinate field technicians, vendors, and clients across multiple locations to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Oversee the deployment of low‑voltage cabling, fiber‑optic infrastructure, security systems, and network equipment.

  • Monitor project progress, address technical or operational challenges, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.

  • Ensure consistent implementation standards and reliable delivery across distributed project sites.

Requirements

The ideal candidate combines practical knowledge of low‑voltage and security infrastructure with strong project coordination skills and the ability to manage technical deployments remotely. Excellent communication is essential when working with clients, vendors, and internal teams across different time zones.

  • Strong technical understanding of low‑voltage cabling, fiber‑optic infrastructure, and physical media installation.

  • Hands‑on knowledge and project oversight experience with CCTV installations and access control systems.

  • Strong experience with Ubiquiti networking and security ecosystems, including UniFi and UniFi Protect.

  • Experience with point‑to‑point (P2P) wireless bridges and outdoor wireless infrastructure, either through fieldwork or project management.

  • Ability to develop Bills of Materials (BOMs), interpret floor plans, assess technical requirements, and scope implementation solutions.

  • Experience managing multi‑site or nationwide field service deployments is a strong advantage.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, vendors, and distributed teams across time zones.

  • Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and coordination skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical projects in a fully remote environment.

Benefits
  • 100% remote working arrangement, with the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world.

  • Salary based on experience.

  • Opportunity to work with diverse and advanced low‑voltage, physical security, and networking technologies.

  • Dynamic working environment involving varied technical projects and infrastructure deployments.

  • Opportunity to collaborate with distributed technical teams, vendors, and clients.
