Job summary

HSE Dublin North East Region invites applications for a Technical Project Manager to apply project management and business analysis to deliver digital health solutions aligned with clinical and operational needs.

The post holder will provide technical leadership across the Dublin and North East Region, collaborating with ICT teams and stakeholders to manage technical debt, lifecycle strategies, and cybersecurity risk reduction, ensuring alignment with Digital for Care 2030 standards.

Qualifications

• Apply project management and business analysis methodologies to ensure digital solutions are aligned to clinical, operational, and organisational requirements.
• Provide technical leadership across the Dublin and North East Region, supporting digital health programmes and technology estates.
• Identify, assess and reduce technical debt; develop technology lifecycle and refresh strategies; advise on cybersecurity risk reduction initiatives.

Responsibilities
