Job summary

S3 Connected Health in Dublin is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the development of connected health solutions, including remote patient monitoring and software/firmware programs. You will guide cross‑functional teams from concept to market launch, ensuring regulatory compliance and patient‑centred outcomes.

Responsibilities include customer liaison, project execution, and maintaining high standards for quality, cost, and timing across hardware, embedded, mobile and cloud technologies.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or related
• 10+ years’ experience in people and complex project management/execution
• Strong knowledge of software development processes and PM processes
• Pro‑active, open, teamwork approach
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Knowledge of medical or clinical domain awareness

Responsibilities

• Leading a multidisciplinary project team to deliver world‑class solutions from concept through requirements, development, verification, validation and market launch
• Monitoring all aspects of project development
• Ensuring projects execute according to ISO13485, IEC62304 and ISO14971 standards
• Maintaining knowledge on regulatory issues, especially Medical Device related
• Focusing on software/firmware reliability during development phases
• Setting targets for functionality, quality, cost and timing
• Managing day-to-day activities of the project team
• Acting as the primary customer contact during project execution
• Communicating with all stakeholders, internal and external
• Interfacing with customers on proposals, specifications and troubleshooting

As a Connected Health SeniorProject Manager , you will work with our highly skilled development teams to create state‑of‑the‑art solutions for remote patient monitoring, medication adherence and monitoring, patient support, and patient engagement.

Senior Project Manager

Location: Dublin

Key Responsibilities

Working as a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading a multidisciplinary project team (or teams) to deliver world‑class solutions from the project concept phase through requirements, development, verification, validation, and successful market launch
• Monitoring all aspects of project development
• Project executing according to our standards: ISO13485, IEC62304, and ISO14971
• Maintaining knowledge on all regulatory issues, especially Medical Device‑related
• Focusing on software/firmware reliability during the development phases of the products, including rigorous regression testing
• Setting and executing functionality/specification, quality, cost, and timing targets
• Managing the day‑to‑day activities of the project team members
• Acting as the primary customer contact during the project execution phase
• Regular communication to all stakeholders, both internal and external
• Interfacing with customers on project proposals, specifications, and troubleshooting to provide customer satisfaction

Qualifications required

• Master’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or related
• At least 10+ years’ experience in people and complex project management/execution
• Strong knowledge of software development processes and PM processes
• Proven track record of successfully delivered projects and market examples
• Outgoing personality and team player capabilities
• Knowledge of the professional software development cycle
• Medical or clinical domain awareness
• Pro‑active, open, teamwork approach
• Fluent in spoken and written English

Any of the following is a distinct advantage

• Project Management certifications
• Experience in Medical Device project development
