Job summary

Hall Recruitment invites applications for a Technical Facilities Manager role in Dublin 15. You will lead Hard Services delivery, oversee in-house engineers and contractors, and ensure safety, compliance, and uptime of critical building services.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in a regulated FM environment, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of HVAC, MEP, plumbing, fire safety and fabric of buildings. On-site role with progression opportunities and a performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Currently reside in Ireland.
• Unrestricted permission to work in Ireland.
• Available to work on-site in Dublin 15.
• 10 years' experience in a regulated FM environment.
• Leadership experience in engineering/maintenance teams.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, MEP Building Services, Plumbing, Fire Safety, Building Fabric.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Lead incident response for critical system failures.
• Maintain asset registers, maintenance records, and compliance documentation.

About the Role

Are you an experienced Technical Facilities Manager, Technical Services Manager, or Hard Services Manager looking to take ownership of engineering services within a highly regulated environment?

We're recruiting a Technical Facilities Manager to lead the delivery of Hard Services at a technically demanding site in Dublin 15. Reporting to the Account Director, you'll oversee engineering teams, specialist contractors, maintenance programmes, statutory compliance, and operational performance while ensuring critical building services remain safe, compliant, and fully operational.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Facilities Management professional who combines strong technical knowledge with proven leadership experience and is looking to further develop their career within a leading Facilities Management organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Hard Services across the site
• Manage in-house engineering teams and specialist contractors

• Minimum 10 years' experience within a regulated Facilities Management environment
• Previous leadership experience managing engineering or maintenance teams
• Strong technical knowledge of:

• Experience managing PPM programmes and reactive maintenance
• Experience managing contractors, KPIs, SLAs, and maintenance budgets

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

A trade qualification or Facilities Management qualification is advantageous but not essential.
