is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Submittals Coordinator to join a well-established Irish Main Contractor working on residential, commercial and heritage projects. The role focuses on coordinating technical information, submittals and design delivery, while driving information flow among multiple stakeholders to keep projects moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience with Irish or UK Main Contractor required.
• Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of technical submittals, RFIs, consultant coordination and construction documentation.
• Experience supporting delivery teams through design and construction phases.
• BCAR exposure is highly desirable.

Key requirements:

• Experience with an Irish or UK Main Contractor (essential)
• Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related discipline (Civil / Architectural backgrounds particularly welcome)
• Strong understanding of technical submittals, RFIs, consultant coordination and construction documentation
• Experience supporting delivery teams through design and construction phases
