The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical depth across software, cloud, APIs, and distributed systems, including governance and budget oversight.
Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering bespoke software programmes for enterprise clients.
- Strong engineering/technical background with broad platform knowledge.
- Ability to engage senior engineers, architects, and C-level stakeholders.
- Experience leading post-sales software delivery programmes.
- AI experience and familiarity with AI/ML in enterprise products.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of complex bespoke software engineering programmes for enterprise clients.
- Own post-sales delivery lifecycle, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and quality.
- Serve as primary contact for senior client stakeholders and manage relationships.
- Governance, risks, budgets, resources, dependencies, and commercial performance.
- Lead cross-functional engineering teams delivering cloud-native software and platforms.
