Job summary

Production Equipment Europe is seeking a talented, creative Content Specialist to join our Content team on a full-time basis. You will execute the content strategy, write engaging product text for our websites across a vast range of products and services, and produce customer-specific catalogues and marketing materials.

You will manage company websites and portals, ensure accurate product specifications and images, collaborate with designers on banners and marketing materials, and help maintain

• Experience in a similar role is required.
• Fluent English speaker with strong grammar.

• Familiarity with CMS including WordPress, Magento and PIM is an advantage.
• Experience writing about technical subjects for varied audiences.

Production Equipment Europe is a leading industrial distributor, supplying over 90,000 products to customers across Europe.

We are looking for a talented, creative and passionate individual to join our Content team on a full-time basis. As part of the team, you are primarily responsible for executing the content strategy, writing engaging text for our websites on our vast range of products and services in addition to the production of customer-specific catalogues and marketing materials.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company websites and customer portals: Update the websites with new products and remove discontinued items. Ensure product specifications, images, etc. are all accurate and of high quality
• Write clear, concise and compelling text that accurately describes products and services to generate sales whilst complying with house style guide
• Actively contribute to the department’s content calendar, researching industry-related topics and advising on events/topics for inclusion
• Create compelling and informative blog posts and articles
• Production of any customer-specific texts and catalogues and any marketing materials as required, within strict timeframes and deadlines
• Collaborate with designers and marketing on the production of website and social media banners, images and marketing materials
• Proofread and review content produced, advising on any edits to be made
• Compile various reports for analysing and upload
• Support and ensure compliance with content guidelines, tone, style, and voice

Skills & Experience

• Experience in a similar role is required
• Fluent English speaker with a strong attention to detail and grammar
• Detail-oriented with great problem-solving abilities is essential
• Familiarity with CMS including WordPress, Magento and PIM applications is an advantage
• Experience and outstanding skills in writing about technical subjects aimed at a variety of audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge and understanding
• Ability to work autonomously yet equally comfortable and strong as a contributing member in a team environment, sharing in tasks and responsibilities
• Ability to work and co-ordinate cross-departmentally
• Ability to work to and adhere to strict deadlines
• Familiarity with Microsoft applications such as excel is an advantage
