Version 1 in Ireland is seeking an experienced Technical Architect to lead a major Windows upgrade and technology transformation. You will design server hardening standards, implement security controls, and support collaboration platforms across enterprise environments.

The role requires deep Windows expertise, identity management, and Microsoft 365 familiarity, with a focus on governance, architecture documentation, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with server hardening and Group Policy implementation.
• Experience troubleshooting issues relating to Windows upgrades, security policies, and infrastructure changes.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory administration and architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Experience working in large, complex technology environments.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Experience working with Microsoft 365 technologies.

Overview

This role will play a key part in delivering operating system and platform upgrades, implementing security hardening standards, and supporting collaboration technology initiatives.

The successful candidate will combine strong infrastructure architecture expertise with deep experience in Windows environments, identity management, security controls, and enterprise technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities
