• Combine strategic consulting with hands-on guidance across architecture, integrations, advanced use cases, and technical enablement.
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders from app builders to IT and Operations leaders.
• Work across internal teams including Customer Success, Account Management, Sales Engineering, Product, and Engineering.
• Support adoption of scalable digital solutions and contribute to technical thought leadership and customer education.
