We are working with a global technology company looking to appoint a Senior Legal Counsel to its Dublin legal team.

This is a senior commercial role with a strong focus on technology transactions, SaaS, cloud, data and software licensing agreements, working closely with senior stakeholders across an international business.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years' PQE
• Strong commercial contracts and technology transactions experience
• Experience across SaaS, software licensing, cloud and/or data agreements
