A multinational technology company in Dublin seeks an In-House Legal Counsel to support commercial matters and technology transactions in a fast-moving international environment. The role focuses on delivering practical legal advice to enable commercial objectives.

Irish-qualified solicitor with strong background in contracts and transactional work, preferably with in-house or law-firm experience, will collaborate with diverse teams, manage risk, and develop robust processes.

Qualifications

• Irish-qualified solicitor with commercial contracts experience.
• Strong grounding in commercial contracts and transactional work.
• Experience from a leading law firm and/or in-house legal team.
• Commercially minded, pragmatic and able to deal directly with the business.
• Exposure to technology, privacy or regulatory issues is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Advise on a wide range of commercial agreements.
• Support business-facing legal matters linked to technology, services and strategic projects.
• Work closely with internal teams on legal risk, compliance and contract-related queries.
• Assist with the development of practical legal processes and documentation.
• Provide clear, business-oriented advice to stakeholders across different functions.
