Job summary

Bentley Systems seeks a marketing leader to define and drive technology narratives for our core platforms, including digital twins and AI. You will partner with executive leadership, shape long-term strategy, and lead a team of solution marketers to differentiate Bentley in a global market.

Reporting to the VP of Product & Industry Marketing, you will translate strategy into market positioning, drive thought leadership, and ensure consistent messaging across products and programs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of B2B enterprise technology marketing experience.
• Experience leading marketing teams.
• Ability to influence executive leaders.
• Experience across product, sales, and go-to-market teams.

Responsibilities

• Shape Bentley's long-term technology positioning and messaging for executive audiences.
• Define messaging frameworks for core technology platforms across industries and products.
• Lead and develop a team of solution marketers while remaining hands-on in messaging.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Industry Marketing, Campaigns, Sales, and Corporate Marketing to align technology messaging globally.
• Synthesize market insights into forward-looking positioning and recommendations.
