Job summary

Bentley Systems is seeking a marketing leader to define and drive the market narrative for its core technology platforms, including digital twins, AI, and connected data. The role collaborates with executive leadership to craft long-term technology narratives and ensure consistent positioning across products and markets.

The candidate will lead a team of solution marketers, translate technology strategy into differentiated messaging, and partner across go-to-market programs globally.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in B2B enterprise technology marketing.
• Proven ability to influence executive leaders.
• Experience leading global matrix teams.
• Strong messaging and positioning capabilities.
• Experience with platform, AI, cloud, data, or digital transformation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Shape Bentley's long-term technology positioning and strategic direction with executive leadership.
• Define messaging frameworks for Bentley's core technology platforms and ensure consistency across industries and products.
• Lead and develop a team of solution marketers while contributing to messaging and positioning.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Industry Marketing, Campaigns, Sales, and Corporate Marketing for global execution.
• Synthesize insights into forward-looking positioning and strategic recommendations.
