Qualifications

• 5+ years’ retail management experience in high-volume environment.
• Proven track record in delivering commercial targets.
• Experience leading and developing a management team.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

• Translate business priorities into clear targets and actions.
• Coach and review store team to build performance culture.
