AIB is seeking a senior leader to be Head of Assurance – Technology and Cyber Risk and Head of RAV Enablement. Based in Risk Assurance & Validation, you will steer independent assurance, shape the strategy, and drive data-enabled capabilities to strengthen risk insight.

You will own the annual Risk Assurance Plan, oversee regulatory reporting, and lead high-performing teams while collaborating with senior stakeholders to deliver durable risk outcomes.

Qualificações

• Senior leadership experience in regulated financial services environments.
• Proven ability to lead independent assurance of Technology and Cyber Risk.
• Experience in enablement functions, planning, data-enabled monitoring and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead independent assurance of Technology and Cyber Risk and oversee scoping, testing, reporting and remediation.
• Set strategy and three-year plan for Technology and Cyber Risk Assurance aligned with risk profile and regulatory requirements.
• Lead RAV Enablement and manage annual Risk Assurance Plan, governance reporting and data-enabled monitoring.
• Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and governance forums, ensuring independence and risk insight.
• Sponsor development and adoption of data tools to support continuous assurance monitoring.
• Drive simplification and standardisation to improve operational efficiency across RAV.
