Allied Irish Banks seeks a strategic Head of Assurance for Technology and Cyber Risk, and Head of RAV Enablement, to drive independent assurance, enablement planning and risk reporting. Based in Ireland with hybrid work in Central Park, this senior role leads high-performing teams and shapes the assurance strategy across technology and cyber domains.

Formación

• Experience in Technology or Cyber Risk assurance.
• Senior leadership experience in regulated financial services.
• Experience leading an enablement, portfolio, operations or central planning function.
• Strong knowledge of risk management and control methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead independent assurance of Technology and Cyber Risk, set the assurance strategy and provide trusted challenge to senior stakeholders.
• Lead RAV Enablement, with responsibility for the annual Risk Assurance Plan, RAV-wide reporting, data-enabled continuous assurance monitoring and operational effectiveness.
• Lead risk-based Technology and Cyber assurance reviews, overseeing scoping, testing, reporting and remediation follow-up to provide clear, independent assessment and challenge.
• Build effective relationships with senior stakeholders and represent RAV at governance forums, maintaining independence and providing insight into material and emerging risks.
• Lead the development, management and monitoring of the annual Risk Assurance Plan, coordinating priorities, capacity, dependencies and delivery across RAV.
• Own the timely and accurate delivery of RAV reporting to senior committees, regulators and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear governance and escalation.
• Sponsor the development and adoption of data tools to support continuous assurance monitoring and strengthen management information and risk insight.
• Drive operational efficiency and standardisation across RAV through simplification and continuous improvement.
