Job summary

Sprout & Co is hiring enthusiastic team members to deliver warm, human interactions and help keep the venue buzzing. You’ll be the face of the brand, working across prep, service setup, and dining areas with a focus on great food and guest experience.

No prior experience is required; a positive attitude, willingness to learn, reliability, and good English are key. We offer full-time and part-time roles with team energy and growth potential.

Reporting to: Restaurant leader
Contract: Full-time & Part-time available
Pay: €14.15–€14.50 per hour depending on experience and role

1. Versatile Team Player – You’ll jump into different parts of the day, from helping prep fresh ingredients to setting up the service line and keeping the restaurant tidy.
2. Hospitality Heartbeat – Bring good energy to every interaction and make customers feel genuinely welcome and looked after.
3. Restaurant Ready – Keep the place sparkling clean, safe, and set up for success throughout the day.
4. All-Rounder – Get hands-on experience across our service line: till, toppings, mix – you’ll learn it all.
5. Detail-Oriented – You’ll follow checklists to make sure every dish looks and tastes great.
6. Menu Confident – Learn our menu so you can guide customers and recommend dishes with confidence.
7. Safety Champion – Help the team stay on top of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
