Job summary

Corlann - West is seeking a Team Manager for one Designated Centre. You will provide leadership and direction for the teams, coordinating person-centred services and ensuring operational management of the service within the Health Act 2007 framework.

The successful candidate will hold CNM2 or SCM2 grade, have at least 5 years post-qualification experience including 3 in a management role, a full driving licence, and knowledge of HIQA standards.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse or social care professional with CORU/NMBI registration.
• Management qualification or proven management experience in a care setting.
• Experience with HIQA regulations and standards is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for teams at the designated centre.
• Coordinate and develop person-centred services.
• Ensure service meets Health Act 2007 requirements and operates within budget.
• Lead on staff development and governance across the service.
• Support colleagues across Orchard Services on a rostered basis.
