Overview

Team Leader - Secondment (Full Time: 39hr/5days) – Cineworld Dublin are looking for a Team Leader (39hr Contract) to join the team on a secondment basis. The full Leadership team currently consists of a General Manager, Deputy General Manager, 4 Cinema Managers, and 7 Team Leaders all working with and leading between 60-80 Team Members and 2 Maintenance People. Our cinema has 17 Screens spread across 4 customer facing levels, a CaféBar, Concessions Stand and the Republic of Ireland's only Baskin Robbins counter. The cinema is located in the heart of Dublin City Centre (D01) boasting excellent transport links 24hrs a day via either Dublin bus or the LUAS lines. Alongside our standard 3D/2D equipped screens we have a large state of the art IMAX auditorium which is regularly used for National/European premieres, private hire conferencing and other eventing activities. Additionally, we regularly host a range of city based and national film festivals. We are popular with a range of customer bases with a growing foreign language and international demographic but also house Ireland's only 4DX equipped screen, where we are able to deliver an immersive multi-sensory cinematic experience incorporating on-screen visuals with synchronised motion seats and environmental effects.
