Job summary

Costa Coffee Ireland & Northern Ireland in Cork is seeking a Team Leader / Supervisor. This stepping-stone role offers hands-on leadership experience, coaching others, and a pathway to store management.

Based at EASTGATE DRIVE THRU, LITTLE ISLAND, CO.CORK, you’ll balance people-friendly service with operations, receive ongoing training, and be supported to grow into higher responsibilities across Costa locations.
