Job summary

ODEON Cinemas Group in Dublin is seeking a Cinema Experience Manager to lead the team and bring energy to every guest moment. You’ll oversee guest experience across cinema operations, from retail to ushering, ensuring safety and high service standards during peak film releases.

You will train and develop the team, coach staff, and drive improvements in processes and guest satisfaction, while managing evenings, weekends, and late shifts in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

  • Experience leading or supporting teams in hospitality, retail, or fast-paced environments.
  • A supportive, people-first leadership style.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • High standards of safety, service, and operational delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Leading and motivating Cinema Hosts throughout each shift.
  • Overseeing guest experience across all areas; retail, ticketing and ushering.
  • Delivering excellent service during busy showings and peak film releases.
  • Maintaining high standards across safety, cleanliness, compliance, and food handling.
  • Running shift briefings and making on shift‑ operational decisions.
  • Coaching team members to build skills, confidence, and progression.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and guest satisfaction.
