Job summary

Camphill Communities of Ireland (CCoI) are recruiting for a Team Leader to join the Ballymoney Community in Gorey, Co Wexford. This is a permanent, full-time role (40 hours per week) with a salary of €48,343 - €57,476 per annum.

You will work as part of a committed team within Residential and Day Services across multiple locations, providing leadership and ensuring a high standard of care and support for residents and attendees.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 7 QQI framework or BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent.
• At least 2 years management experience at a similar level.
• 3 years experience working with vulnerable adults or adults with intellectual disabilities.
• Understanding of current national and sectoral policy developments in Social Care.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams.
• A full driver's licence is an essential requirement.

Camphill Communities of Ireland (CCoI) supports people with physical/intellectual disabilities and autism. CCoI operates Residential and Day Services across 15 locations, in which residents and day-attendees are supported to live an ordinary life, a life like any other.

We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to join our Ballymoney Community.

Job Title: Team Leader

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Fulltime (40 hours per week)

Salary: €48,343 - €57,476 per annum

What you will need:

• Hold a minimum of a Level 7 on the QQI Framework - BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent qualification in Heath or Social Care.


• At least 2 years management experience at a similar level of responsibility.


• Have 3 years experience of working with vulnerable adults or adults with intellectual disabilities.


• An understanding of current policy and developments at national and sectoral level in relation to Social Care within disability services.


• Effective interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.


• Proficient IT skills relevant to the role, to include Microsoft Office Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams.


• A full driver's licence is an essential requirement.
