Ministry Brands is seeking an Engineering Team Lead in Galway (Hybrid) to guide a software engineering team across .NET and React-based solutions, with experience on Azure and AWS cloud platforms.

The role balances hands-on delivery with coaching, process improvement, and talent development, partnering with Product, UX, and engineering leadership to ship high-quality cloud-native software for thousands of customers.

About The Role

As an Engineering Team Lead, you'll play a key role in shaping both our technology and our people. You'll lead a team of talented software engineers, helping them build high-quality software while creating an environment where they can do their best work.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance technical delivery with coaching, mentoring, and team development. Working closely with Product, UX and Engineering leaders, you'll help drive technical decisions, improve engineering practices, and deliver solutions that make a real impact for thousands of customers worldwide.

What You Bring

• Experience leading or mentoring software engineering teams in an Agile environment.
• Strong software development background with experience in .NET, React, React Native, and other similar technologies, as well as strong background working in both the Azure and AWS cloud platforms
• Experience delivering cloud-based SaaS applications.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, engineering best practices, and modern development methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coaching engineers and supporting their professional development.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• A collaborative leadership style with a passion for building high-performing teams.
