Lever, Inc. in Ireland seeks a hands-on Team Lead, Human Data Operations – Vision, Image & Video to manage a team of AI Tutors responsible for labeling, reviewing, and evaluating visual data. You will own quality, drive delivery, and scale efficient processes across projects in a fast-paced environment.

You will translate AI model requirements into practical data strategies while partnering with data, engineering and operations teams. Strong leadership and data-quality expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on data labeling or AI training experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years relevant professional experience.
• Experience with data quality metrics, annotation workflows, and guideline-driven processes.
• Familiarity with Notion, Axiom, JIRA, Linear, or equivalent tools.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and role of high-quality training data.
• Demonstrated QA experience in creative, visual, or media projects.
• Experience leading small teams in data labeling, annotation, QA, or related operations.
• Familiarity with prompting and AI-powered image or video generation tools a plus.
• Strong multi-project prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coaching, performance management, training programs, or certification frameworks.
• Strong analytics using metrics and KPIs; SQL knowledge a plus.
• Experience managing distributed or geographically dispersed teams is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build trust with stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and develop high-performing teams.
• Candidates must be based in an eligible location; remote work may be available depending on location; Ireland is eligible.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end quality and delivery for assigned human data projects, reviewing work to ensure accuracy and guideline adherence.
• Lead, coach, and performance-manage a team of AI Tutors with regular feedback and development plans.
• Participate in labeling and review activities to maintain quality standards.
• Manage guideline adherence, taxonomy processes, QA workflows and certification standards.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to increase efficiency, quality and throughput.
• Track team and project performance using KPIs and dashboards.
• Develop, maintain and deliver training materials and certification benchmarks; oversee certifications.
• Collaborate with Human Data managers, other Team Leads, and Engineering to translate model requirements into labeling strategies.
• Foster a high-performance culture and manage performance or disciplinary processes when required.
• Document project outcomes, risks, and results; propose process improvements and provide status updates.
• Represent needs and perspectives of AI Tutors and collaborate across the wider Human Data organization.
