Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Team Lead, Human Data Operations – Vision, Image & Video, based in Ireland. Lead a hands-on team of AI Tutors responsible for labeling, reviewing, and evaluating visual data to ensure high-quality outputs.

You will own quality, delivery, and operational standards, collaborate with data, engineering and operations teams, and drive improvements using KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with data quality metrics and annotation workflows.
• Familiarity with Notion, Axiom, JIRA or similar tools.
• Strong communication and project-c management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality and delivery for assigned human data projects and review work for accuracy.
• Lead, coach, and performance-manage a team of AI Tutors with regular feedback and development.
• Participate in labeling and review activities to maintain quality standards.
• Manage guideline adherence, taxonomy processes, QA workflows, and certification standards.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement efficiency improvements.
• Track team performance using KPIs and dashboards.
