Job summary

Fintua, part of CluneTech, is seeking a Partner Enablement Specialist to onboard and train partners on the VAT technology platform. The role involves coordinating onboarding programs, delivering training sessions, and supporting VAT workflow guidance across multiple jurisdictions.

You will collaborate with Compliance, Product, and Support teams to ensure successful partner adoption and ongoing success. The ideal candidate has strong VAT knowledge, experience with tax technology or SaaS

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of VAT compliance processes and VAT return preparation.
• Experience with tax technology, SaaS solutions, and software implementations.
• Experience supporting users through system adoption and change management.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate partner onboarding activities with cross-functional teams to ensure go-live success.
• Deliver onboarding sessions and training workshops for partner teams; create training materials.
• Support VAT compliance workflows and guide template creation and data validation.
• Act as primary contact for partner support queries and coordinate issue resolution.
• Gather partner feedback and share insights with Product and Tax Technology teams.
