Job summary

MCS Group in Ireland is seeking a Tax Senior Manager/Associate Director to lead a growing tax practice, covering Corporate, Personal and VAT advisory and compliance. The role includes senior leadership responsibilities within a reputable accountancy firm.

You will manage a portfolio of clients, mentor junior staff, and have the opportunity to establish and lead a new tax department with clear career progression and a salary up to €100,000 DOE.

• Recent practice experience
• Experience managing a portfolio of clients
• Strong Irish tax experience
• Strong client facing experience
• Experience in a senior leadership role

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients across Corporate, Personal and VAT taxes.
• Provide advisory and compliance services to clients.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff within the tax team.
