Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the firm’s full tax service offering across all tax heads (corporation tax, VAT, payroll taxes, CGT, CAT, etc.).
• Provide strategic tax advice and planning to a broad portfolio of clients, from SMEs to multinationals.
• Oversee tax compliance, risk management, and cross-border structuring initiatives.
• Support transactional work including M&A, succession planning, and due diligence.
• Mentor and develop the internal tax team, fostering growth and technical excellence.
• Maintain strong relationships with Revenue and other external stakeholders.
• Report regularly to the board on tax matters, risks, and opportunities.

Ideal Candidate:

• CTA or equivalent tax qualification; ACA/ACCA a plus.
• At least 3 years at Senior Manager experience.
• In-depth technical knowledge across all tax heads.
• At least 3 years in the Irish market
• Experience managing client relationships at a senior level.
