Job summary

R2S Recruitment's client, a growing mid-sized Accountancy Practice in Dublin, is seeking a Tax Partner to lead the tax department on a permanent basis. You will oversee complex advisory work, manage a high-performing team, and shape strategic direction for the firm.

You will work with a diverse portfolio across sectors, including franchises, construction and hospitality, building long-term client relationships and contributing to the firm's growth. CTA qualification required.

My client, a growing mid-sized Accountancy Practice in Dublin is looking to hire a Tax Partner to join them on a permanent basis. This is a very exciting opportunity to lead on complex tax matters, develop and lead a high-performing team, and shape the strategic direction of the tax department. In this role, you’ll get the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients across a broad range of sectors, including franchise holders, construction, manufacturing and hospitality companies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage, grow and run an established Tax Department within the firm
• Provide high-quality advisory and consultancy services to a broad client base
• Work on a challenging, evolving, and varied client portfolio, with excellent opportunities to develop and manage your own portfolio
• Provide intelligent and creative solutions to client tax issues and present solutions to complex technical issues
• Develop close client relationships, understand their business, and contribute to the continued growth of the tax division

Main Requirements:

• CTA qualified, with proven experience within a similar role and level
• Experience in managing and leading a team
• Very good relationship building skills
