Job summary

Xeinadin in Cork, Ireland, is seeking a Tax Director to lead a diverse SME-focused tax portfolio within the ROI team. The role requires strong leadership, senior client relationship management, and strategic tax advisory across transactions and compliance.

You will work with Partners to expand Xeinadin's ROI tax offering, mentor staff, and contribute to firm growth while delivering high-quality client service in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• CTA or relevant Tax qualification with at least 3 years PQE.
• Experience with Top 20 or boutique tax practice in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a diverse portfolio and provide bespoke tax advisory work.
• Build relationships with team members and clients for tax advisory and transaction work.
• Collaborate with Partners and senior management on multi-disciplinary tax engagements (M&A, restructurings, succession planning).
• Contribute to tax department operations and attend external events to grow the network.
• Mentor junior staff and support talent development and retention.
