Job summary

Xeinadin Group is seeking a Director of Tax in Cork to lead a diverse portfolio of SME tax advisory work and drive growth across ROI. This senior role combines hands-on client service with strategic leadership within the Cork tax team.

Hybrid working arrangement and a focus on expanding the practice within our ROI network. The ideal candidate will hold a CTA or equivalent qualification and demonstrate strong client relationships and business development capabilities.

Qualifications

• Responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of tax clients.
• Role central to growth of the tax team in Cork and ROI.
• Experience in tax advisory for SME sector is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a diverse portfolio and complete bespoke tax advisory work
• Build strong relationships with team members and clients to facilitate the completion of a mix of tax advisory and transaction work
• Attend external events and client meetings to develop own client network and contacts.
• Work alongside Partners to win new client business.
• Develop and communicate business plans, opportunities and ideas for improvement to the Tax team to ensure the continued growth and progression of the department.

Description
