Job summary

Clarity Search Partners Ltd in Ireland is seeking an experienced Tax Advisory Partner to lead the growth of its tax offering within a dynamic, ambitious accountancy firm.

The role will involve leading complex tax advisory assignments for corporate and private clients, developing and managing a strong portfolio of client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and building and mentoring a high-performing tax team in collaboration with the wider Partner group.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as Tax Director or Partner with deep technical knowledge.
• Demonstrated ability to develop client relationships and generate advisory work.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills to build a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Leading complex tax advisory assignments across corporate and private clients.
• Developing and managing a strong portfolio of client relationships.
• Identifying new business opportunities and supporting the firm’s wider growth strategy.
• Building and mentoring a high-performing tax team.
• Working closely with the wider Partner group on the continued development of the firm.
