Avista in Limerick is seeking a Grade V Talent Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment and people processes within a rights-based, person-centred service. You will report to the Senior HR Business Partner/HR Director and work 35 hours weekly, Monday to Friday.

You will coordinate job ads, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding while ensuring HIQA and GDPR compliance. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders across Avista's sites.

Formación

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in recruitment, HR role or talent acquisition.
  • A qualification Human Resources, Business, Management, or a related discipline.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skillset.
  • Experience within the Recruitment team within HSE/Tusla /Section 38 or 39.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to compliance.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
  • Coordinate job advertisements, screening, shortlisting and interview activities.
  • Act as the primary contact for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage offer administration, pre-employment checks and onboarding activities.
  • Process Garda Vetting, references, occupational health clearances and recruitment documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with HIQA, GDPR and organisational policies.
  • Support recruitment campaigns, workforce planning initiatives and employer branding activities.
  • Maintain recruitment records, reports and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate induction and onboarding programmes for new employees.
  • Support audits, quality checks and continuous improvement initiatives.
