Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking an HR Solutions Specialist to deliver end-to-end HR services and programs. You will act as an escalation point for Tier 1 HRS and partner with people leaders, employees, and HRBP to meet human resources needs and improve the employee experience.

You will drive continuous improvement across HR pillars, manage relationships with third-party providers, and coach team members. A Bachelor's degree and 5 years HR experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5 years of HR experience with HR processes management.
• Experience supporting HR programs and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Optimize program development across HR pillars to improve employee experience.
• Lead end-to-end HR solutions delivery for assigned pillars.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce inquiries and turnaround time.
• Collaborate with third-party providers and ensure SLAs are met.
• Triage escalated HR inquiries and coach lower-level staff.
• Consolidate input for communications on programs and policies.
• Audit and validate HR transactions for accuracy and consistency.
• Stay updated on HR trends and propose improvements.
