What will you do as Talent Acquisition Specialist?
As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager and lead the end-to-end recruitment process for the Early Careers function. You will receive tailored support and mentorship while also having the opportunity to contribute to the implementation of the company's new company-wide ERP system.
Duties include:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across Ireland and European regions.
- Manage the Early Careers function, including graduate and entry-level recruitment.
- Support white-collar recruitment across a range of business functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Proactively headhunt and engage high-calibre candidates through LinkedIn, direct sourcing and talent mapping.
- Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Screen and interview candidates, assessing skills, experience and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Create and manage engaging job advertisements across relevant recruitment channels.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key internal stakeholders.
- Support career fairs, university engagement and Early Careers initiatives to strengthen employer brand and attract emerging talent.
- Manage recruitment activity through the company's HR system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
- Support the implementation of the company's new ERP system, contributing to the development and improvement of recruitment processes.
- Monitor recruitment activity and provide regular reports and updates to the Talent Acquisition Manager and hiring stakeholders.
- Ensure recruitment processes are aligned with GDPR, employment legislation and company policies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the Talent Acquisition function, identifying opportunities to enhance recruitment processes and candidate experience.
What will you require as Talent Acquisition Specialist?
- Minimum of 12 months' recruitment experience within an in-house or agency environment.
- Experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including conducting interviews.
- Experience headhunting candidates, posting job advertisements and networking with candidates.
- Preferable to have experience supporting white-collar recruitment and building effective talent pipelines.
- Proficient in producing recruitment reports and ensuring recruitment activities align with GDPR regulations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced, growing organisation.
