Purpose of the Role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will have responsibility for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent, through managing the full-cycle recruitment process, building candidate pipelines, enhancing employer brand, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet current and future employee needs.

Required:

• Have not less than two years satisfactory experience in an administrative capacity within the Public Sector / Hospital / Health Care or other environment relevant to the role.
• Possess sufficient administrative capacity to discharge the functions of the grade.
• Completed a qualification in or related to Human Resources.
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience of AI enabled sourcing tools, professional networking platforms, ATS, etc.
• Previous supervisory and/or management experience, within Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, In-House or Agency Recruitment facing roles.
• Completed a qualification at level 8 or above on the National Framework of Qualifications (NFQ) or equivalent in Human Resource Management or other relevant area to the role.
• Recognised public sector or healthcare talent acquisition experience.
• Experience with payroll software such as SAP.
• Knowledge and understanding of wider HR policies and their application across a large organisation.
