Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a proactive HR-focused coordinator in Ireland to support recruitment processes, including candidate screening and competency-based interviews, while contributing to branding across print, social media and radio. This role sits within a large matrix healthcare organisation.

You will join the Ireland Future Talent coordination team, help design and implement 2027/2028 Future Talent activities, host webinars and support events, and collaborate with Senior Talent Acquisition

Qualifications

• Working towards a HR qualification or relevant discipline.
• Interest in working in a large matrix healthcare organisation.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Experience or interest in creating digital branding materials is an advantage.
• Ability to support candidate screening and competency-based interviews.
• No visa sponsorship.
• Valid driving license not required.

Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment process, including candidate screening, competency-based interviews and ad hoc duties
• Support Ireland branding initiatives across print, social media and radio
• Participate in designing and implementing 2027/2028 Future Talent activities, including hosting webinars and supporting events
• Serve as a team member of the Ireland Future Talent coordination team
• Engage with Senior Talent Acquisition Partners on project initiatives
• Support the Talent Acquisition team as required
