Job summary

Center Parcs is seeking a Takeaway Manager for its Restaurant Runner delivery-focused operation at Longford Forest. You will oversee daily take-away operations, manage a small delivery fleet and lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining financial accountability.

The role requires proven F&B operations management, strong budgets acumen, and the ability to train and develop staff across multiple cuisines.

• Proven experience managing food and beverage operations and leading kitchen teams.
• Strong financial skills with responsibility for budgets and business planning.
• Proficient in stock management systems, ordering processes and computer literacy.
• Knowledge of multiple cuisines and experience training and developing teams.

Takeaway Manager

Longford Forest | €52,000 per annum plus 12% bonus scheme

We're looking for a Takeaway Manager to oversee operations at Restaurant Runner, a delivery-only restaurant offering multiple cuisines. You will lead a high-performing team, ensure operational excellence and maintain full commercial accountability while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

• Manage daily operations, cooklines and a small fleet of delivery vehicles
• Ensure compliance with food safety, allergen and health standards
• Inspire, develop and manage team performance, schedules and wellbeing
• Drive efficiency and profitability in line with company strategy and financial targets
• Deliver outstanding guest experience through strong collaboration

Your working hours

• Full-time contract
• 150 contracted hours per 4-week period
• This role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays
