Center Parcs Longford Forest is hiring a Takeaway Manager to oversee Restaurant Runner operations, lead a high-performing team and ensure guest satisfaction. The role demands strong financial oversight, compliance with food safety, and a focus on efficient delivery services.

You will collaborate across departments, optimize stock and schedules, and drive profitability while maintaining exceptional standards. The role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Takeaway Manager

Longford Forest | €52,000 per annum plus 12%bonus scheme

We're looking for a Takeaway Manager to oversee operations at Restaurant Runner, a delivery-only restaurant offering multiple cuisines. You will lead a high-performing team, ensure operational excellence and maintain full commercial accountability while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

What you'll be doing

• Manage daily operations, cooklines and a small fleet of delivery vehicles


• Ensure compliance with food safety, allergen and health standards


• Inspire, develop and manage team performance, schedules and wellbeing


• Drive efficiency and profitability in line with company strategy and financial targets


• Deliver outstanding guest experience through strong collaboration

Your working hours

• Full-time contract


• 150 contracted hours per 4-week period


• This role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays

About you

• Proven experience managing food and beverage operations and leading kitchen teams


• Strong financial skills with responsibility for budgets and business planning


• Proficient in stock management systems, ordering processes and computer literacy


• Knowledge of multiple cuisines and experience training and developing teams


• Motivational, empathetic leader with strong coaching and influencing skills
