Center Parcs Longford Forest (Ireland) is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to lead the Restaurant Runner team, ensuring every shift runs smoothly and to the highest standards, while delivering exceptional guest experiences and upholding brand expectations. You will manage daily shift operations, motivate staff, and support ongoing training.

This is a full-time role with a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over 4 weeks, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays, with a salary circa €33,700

We're looking for a Restaurant Shift Manager to join our Restaurant Runnerteam to ensure every shift runs smoothly and to the highest standards. In this role, you'll lead and motivate the team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, uphold brand standards and support ongoing team training.

Your working hours
