Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with IAM platforms such as Okta or OneLogin.
• Familiarity with Intune or Jamf.
• Experience using ServiceNow, Jira or similar ticketing platforms.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and Slack.
• Basic enterprise networking and troubleshooting knowledge.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Commercial experience in IT support / systems administration.

Responsibilities

As the Associate Systems Administrator you will be responsible for:
