Responsibilities

• Develop a detailed technology roadmap and execution plan in partnership with product and technology leadership
• Provide thought leadership to drive new product development across domains in Commercial Solutions
• Provide senior leadership to large, diverse engineering teams delivering core platform changes
• Lead globally distributed teams within Mastercard's Commercial Solutions engineering capability
• Drive operational stability, reduce incidents and toil, improve MTTR
• Collaborate with P&C and recruitment to grow technology talent across locations
• Align strategy across product, engineering and regional teams
• Develop executive partnerships to enable cross-functional initiatives
• Lead by example to embed the Mastercard Way principles
