Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
• Strong fund accounting, client accounting, or related financial services experience.
• People management experience is required.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple Fund Accounting teams delivering NAV production, fund performance, expenses, and client reporting.
• Lead processes and resource allocation for NAV across funds and sectors.
• Drive service improvement plans and operational efficiencies across the function.
