Job summary

Citi Dublin seeks an SVP, Services Sales AI - Pillar Execution & Client Intelligence Lead to drive end-to-end delivery across the Services Sales AI program. You will own execution, intelligence capture, and commercialisation activities while coordinating between the AI Program Office and Services product and sales teams.

Lead bi-weekly Steering Team meetings, oversee intelligence and product development lifecycles, and co-lead client engagements and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services in Sales, Product, or Strategy functions.
• Proven programme management and cross-functional delivery at scale.
• Experience translating intelligence into commercial recommendations.
• Solid understanding of AI/GenAI technologies in financial services sales contexts.
• Proven ability to lead senior stakeholder engagement and governance forums.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational delivery of the Services Sales AI Program and Steering Team cadence.
• Own the Intelligence pillar, capture client requirements and competitive intelligence.
• Coordinate AI client engagement activities, including workshops and client conversations.
• Support development of AI thought leadership, client narratives, and marketing content.
• Oversee Sales Assist governance, adoption, and feature prioritisation.
• Lead monthly Services Sales AI community calls and share best practices.
• Prepare ExCo reporting packs on engagement trends, intelligence, adoption, and investments.
• Maintain strong relationships with pillar leads, Marketing, and AI Central Team.
